1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. We may request photographs of the product and packaging for quality assurance.

1.2 Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is:

Returned within 14 days of notifying us
Note: This excludes perishable or personalized items (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

4. Return Shipping

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, card via Wix, etc.) within 5–10 business days of approval.

6. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel and refund you in full.
