1.1. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

1.2. International shipping is available to select countries, including the United States and France. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to enquire about shipping availability.

2.1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

2.2. During peak seasons (e.g., spring or promotional periods), order processing may take up to 5 business days.

2.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

3.1. Standard UK Shipping (Royal Mail):
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. A flat rate of £3.95 applies. Shipping is free on orders over £50.
3.2. Tracked 24 Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier):
Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days. This service is available at a flat rate of £5.95.
3.3. Local Delivery (Grangemouth Area Only):
Available for addresses within our local delivery radius. Orders over £20 qualify for free local delivery. Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days.
3.4. International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations including the United States and France. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.
3.5. Notes on Delivery Times:
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal disruptions, customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal volumes.

 

4. Packaging and Sustainability

4.1. We aim to package all items using Eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable materials wherever possible.

4.2. Items are packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit, especially for live plants and fragile goods.

5. Live Plants Shipping Policy

​

5.1. To ensure plant health and reduce risk during transit, live plants are only shipped Monday through Thursday.

5.2. We reserve the right to delay dispatch during periods of extreme heat, cold, or postal disruption.

5.3. Customers are encouraged to unpack live plants immediately upon delivery and follow any included care instructions.

6. Non-Delivery and Return to Sender

​

6.1. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply), or

  • Offer a refund minus the original shipping cost.

6.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

7. Local Collection (Click & Collect)

​

7.1. Customers in the Grangemouth area may choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

7.2. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

7.3. Collections are by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance.
